The beds are large and comfortable, and rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The reception staff are very polite, well-mannered, and helpful. There is a large luggage storage room where I was allowed to leave my suitcases for a few days, which was convenient as the hotel is close to Termini station for picking up bags on the way to the airport. The service level is excellent; all employees deserve high praise for their courtesy and the immaculate atmosphere. I recommend this place.”
